No. LadderIQ provides estimates for planning purposes only. For a regulated recommendation on a specific product, the app will tell you when to bring in an FCA-authorised broker.
▸Do I need an account?
No. Every free calculator works without sign-up. Pro is purchased through Apple, tied to your Apple ID — no LadderIQ account needed. Chats route through our server-side proxy with no personal data attached.
▸Where does the rate data come from?
Bank of England base rate plus aggregated lender rate cards, refreshed daily. Sources are listed on each rate card inside the app.
▸Will my mortgage data leave my device?
Your numbers are kept on-device. When you ask the AI agent a question, your profile is sent to LadderIQ's server-side proxy alongside your prompt, used only to answer, and not stored.
